This notice explains how Collit Technologies Sdn. Bhd., registration no. 202601024775 (1686872-A), handles the personal data you give us through collit.co, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address and/or phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and your preferred timeline. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you choose to send.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts this website and protects the enquiry form from spam (Turnstile). Resend delivers form messages to our inbox, and Google Workspace hosts our email. These providers may process data outside Malaysia under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they become part of a contract, in which case we keep them for as long as the law requires.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 21 days.
